Supporting employees with flexible working
Covid-19 has seen a major change in the way many people live and work – with working from home and hybrid working models becoming more of a ‘norm’ for some employees. But not all jobs and sectors offer employees the opportunity to work from home and nor does this suit all employees or all organisations. This FREE TO ATTEND webinar looks at practical ways in which employers can support their employees, whatever their job role and circumstances, to achieve flexible working, while still ensuring business and organisational goals are met effectively.
Attendees will hear from a number of expert speakers from different sectors, sharing their experiences of how they support employees, in a range of roles, to achieve flexible working. There will be an opportunity after the short talks to ask questions and engage in discussion with the speakers.
