Employers For Childcare celebrates high levels of customer satisfaction

Employers For Childcare is delighted to share the results of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey which was carried out during June and July 2022 with the parents and employers who use our Childcare Voucher service.

We received 327 responses and the surveys’ findings show that our clients are overwhelmingly happy with the service we provide to them, reflecting the importance we, as an organisation, place on delivering exceptional customer service. As we continually review our service, website and promotional materials to ensure that we are delivering the best service we can to our customers, the constructive feedback received is invaluable.

• 100% of employers rate the service they receive from Employers For Childcare as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
• 94% of employers would recommend Employers For Childcare to another organisation if they are currently using a different provider to manage their Childcare Voucher scheme

Parents

• 95% of parents rated their overall experience of Employers For Childcare as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
• 96% of parents found the Family Benefits Advice Service ‘Very helpful’ or ‘Helpful’ to them.

 As a social enterprise, our mission is to support parents with dependent children to get into work, and to stay in work. This benefits families, employers and the economy as a whole. Our Childcare Voucher service is key to this, in enabling parents to save money on the cost of childcare. At the same time, the profit we generate through operating our Childcare Voucher business is invested directly into our charity, enabling our Family Benefits Advice Service to support families right across the UK – a service that is particularly critical amidst the ongoing and worsening cost of living crisis.
