Employers For Childcare celebrates high levels of customer satisfaction

Employers For Childcare is delighted to share the results of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey which was carried out during June 2021 with the parents and employers who use our Childcare Voucher service. We received 577 responses and the surveys show that our clients are overwhelmingly happy with the service we provide to them.

Our findings


  • 97% of parents rated their overall experience of Employers For Childcare as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.
  • 96% of parents told us they found the online E-Vouchers system ‘easy’ or ‘very easy’ to use.


  • 100% of respondents told use that they would rate the service they receive from Employers For Childcare as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.
  • 98% of respondents said the level of contact they receive from Employers For Childcare as ‘just right’ and 2% said it was ‘not frequent enough’.

As a social enterprise, our mission is to support parents with dependent children to get into work, and to stay in work. This benefits parents, employers and the economy as a whole. Our Childcare Voucher service is key to this, in enabling parents to save money on the cost of childcare. As the pandemic continues, we know it’s been a challenging year for so many parents and employers, but the findings reflect the high-quality service we strive to provide to each and every one of our clients.

As we continually review our service, website and promotional materials to ensure that we are delivering the best service we can to our customers, the constructive feedback received will also be invaluable.
