In October 2019 Employers For Childcare opened the exciting new indoor adventure centre – High Rise – in Lisburn (just 5 minutes from Sprucefield and the A1/M1). The centre includes:

• Clip ‘n climb indoor climbing experience with 24 exhilarating challenges
• Multi-storey soft play area (up to age 8)
• Party rooms
• Corporate rooms
• Sensory and quiet rooms
• Café serving meals and snacks
• Changing Places accessible toilet facility.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager who will support the General Manager and Assistant Centre Manager (Senior Managers) with the day to day running of High Rise and achieving our commercial goals. They will be responsible for acting up in the Senior Manager’s absence. This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will be required to provide ongoing training and coaching for the staff team and will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of customer service whilst ensuring full compliancy to our Health & Safety procedures.
