Due to on-going expansion, there are the current vacancies, Operations Manager, Childcare Advice and Information Officer, Business Development Officer, Marketing Officer.
Employers For Childcare is a social economy business comprising a charity and a trading company. 100% of profit made from the administration of childcare vouchers is gift aided to the charity, to develop childcare services which benefit parents and employers across Northern Ireland.
We are currently located in Moira but will soon re-locate closer to Belfast.

- Operations Manager £26,835 - £28,919
Responsible for the day to day management of 12 staff, the management of all activities to meet customer requirements, the establishment and maintenance of information management, internal communication and quality assurance systems. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and a management qualification, or 5 years experience.
- Customer Services Advisor – Childcare £18,907 - £20,736
Responsible for managing a comprehensive advice and information service on all aspects of childcare and work related issues. This service is aimed at colleagues, parents, employers and childcare providers. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer services and a relevant qualification or 5 years experience.
- Business Development Officer £18,907 - £20,736
Responsible for generating leads and winning new business by explaining to employers the benefits of childcare vouchers, and encouraging them to implement voucher schemes using the telephone, electronic communications and face to face meetings. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing and a relevant qualification or 5 years experience.
- Marketing Officer £18,907 - £20,736
Responsible for co-ordinating all marketing and promotional activities, publicity, e-media and external communications. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and a marketing qualification or 5 years experience.
