The Education Boards - Getting Registered

Teaching and non teaching staff within the Education Boards are now eligible to register for childcare vouchers.

To get registered you will need to complete three forms

1. Parent Registration Form
2. Childcare Provider Form
3. Vary terms and conditions form

You can obtain these three registration forms by contacting:

1. Employers For Childcare on info@employersforchildcare.org; or FREEPHONE 0800 028 3008
2. Your Employing authority. The three forms should be available from your HR Department or on your Board Intranet/Internet

The three completed forms should be returned to:
