Employers For Childcare is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, set up to assist working parents by encouraging businesses to invest in employer-supported childcare.

Our services help all working parents, both mums and dads, employers and childcare providers.

Employers For Childcare works in partnership with the business sector, government and childcare providers throughout Northern Ireland to promote the business benefits of introducing family-friendly practices into the workplace.

Our Voucher Company - Employers for Childcare Vouchers Ltd, implements cost-effective childcare voucher schemes for employers. Employers For Childcare Vouchers Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Employers For Childcare to which all money is gift-aided to help run the charitable aims of the organisation. 100% of any profits are re-invested into the main charity.
