What We Do
Employers For Childcare is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation set up to assist working parents with dependent children to get and stay in work, by encouraging businesses to invest in employer-supported childcare. Employers For Childcare works in partnership with the business sector, government and childcare providers throughout Northern Ireland to promote the business benefits of introducing family-friendly practices into the workplace. Employers for Childcare Vouchers implements cost-effective childcare voucher schemes for employers. Employers For Childcare Vouchers Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Employers For Childcare to which all money is gift-aided is help run the charitable aims of the organisation. 100% of any profits are re-invested into the main charity. Our services help all working parents, both mums and dads and employers. Employers For Childcare services are available thanks to funding by the European Social Fund under the programme for Building Sustainable Prosperity and the Department For Employment and Learning.
